Essential Oil Properties:

Frankincense - Has a calming effect on the mind and body and has been used to alleviate anxiety and stress related conditions. It also has the ability to slow down the breath, cleanse the spirit and clear negative energies, thus promoting a deeper meditative state.

Lavender - Its relaxing scent works to calm the nervous system and promotes feelings of peace and tranquility. Lavender has soothing and sedative properties and is great for when you find yourself feeling stressed, drained or overwhelmed.

Copaiba - The soothing, earthy aroma of copaiba helps to calm the emotions, reduce tension, centre the mind and create a sense of inner peace. It promotes a sense of stillness and presence and can help release what is holding you back, allowing for a much deeper, more relaxed meditation practice. 

Ylang Ylang - The rich, floral scent has been observed to promote a sense of peace, positivity and tranquillity. Its calming properties can help relieve stress and anxiety, regulate emotions and promote a sense of relaxation.

Sandalwood Australian -This calming and grounding oil helps to quieten the mind and relax the nervous system. It promotes a sense of inner peace and is beneficial to use during meditation to help with clarity and deepening spiritual awareness.

Comes in a 15ml amber bottle with dripolator.

Ingredients - 100% pure frankincense, lavender, copaiba, ylang ylang and sandalwood Australian essential oils.

To use, add 5-10 drops to diffuser or oil burner. Can be used on the skin by diluting in a carrier oil or moisturiser first.
