Essential Oil Properties:

Bergamot - A bright and uplifting essential oil that is great for relieving stress, grief, and depression, whilst enhancing joy and self confidence. Inhaling the sweet, citrusy scent instils a sense of joy and inner strength.

Rose Geranium - The rich and deeply floral scent promotes feelings of love, self worth and compassion. Its balancing effect makes it helpful for mood swings and feelings of insecurity.

Ylang Ylang - Its intoxicating floral scent has been observed to promote a sense of peace, positivity and tranquillity. Simply inhaling the aroma is thought to have a regulating effect on the bodily systems relating to stress.

Vetiver - With its earthy aroma, vetiver has deeply grounding and sedative properties and is highly valued for its calming, soothing effect on the mind. Promotes relaxation while relieving anxiety, stress and tension.

Comes in a 15ml amber bottle with dripolator.

Ingredients - 100% pure bergamot, rose geranium, ylang ylang & vetiver essential oils.

To use, add 5-10 drops to diffuser or oil burner. Can be used on the skin by diluting in a carrier oil or moisturiser first.
