Breathe Ezy - Essential Oil Blend

Breathe. Clear. Relieve.

A potent blend of essential oils including Aussie natives, specially formulated for its strong antiseptic, decongestant and expectorant properties.

This crisp, cool, fresh smelling blend will not only refresh the air and keep air borne germs at bay but will help to relieve congestion and open up airways, alleviating respiratory stuffiness. Perfect for use during the winter months with colds and flu but can assist all year round to maintain a healthy airway, boost immunity and clear away germs.

This blend is one of my go-to's for cleaning at home.

Essential Oil Properties:

Niaouli - a beautiful Aussie native, the indigenous people would chew on the leaves of this species for head colds. It is antibacterial, antiseptic, antimicrobial and an excellent expectorant, clearing mucous from the respiratory system. It's also a useful disinfectant for household floors and surfaces. 

Cedarwood - has antiseptic and expectorant properties and is excellent at breaking down and expelling mucous, making it very beneficial to use during respiratory illnesses. Will also help for relaxation and sleep.

Pine - the qualities of pine oil are well known, being antibacterial, antiviral, antiseptic and expectorant and it is also highly regarded as a tonic for the lungs. It is one of the best oils for clearing phlegm so is very useful during times of congestion, bronchitis, and coughing and is also very helpful for combating fatigue and exhaustion.

Rosalina - another gorgeous Aussie native, rosalina is from the melaleuca family but much more pleasant smelling than tea tree.  Can assist with cold and flu symptoms, respiratory conditions and enhance overall respiratory health. It is also great for relaxation and sleep.

Peppermint - the menthol in peppermint oil makes it an excellent nasal decongestant. It is beneficial for coughs and colds, flu, fever and headaches, and eliminating harmful bacteria. 

Comes in a 15ml amber bottle with dripolator.

Ingredients - 100% pure niaouli, cedarwood, pine, rosalina and peppermint essential oils.

To use, add 5-10 drops to diffuser or oil burner. Can be used on the skin by diluting in a carrier oil or moisturiser first.
