Essential Oil Properties:

Clary Sage - A grounding yet stimulating, and revitalising oil. It has a heavy, herbal fragrance that brings a sense of euphoria. Balancing and soothing, it may help to encourage dreaming and ease anxiety.

Frankincense - Its sweet, woody aroma is believed to strengthen spiritual awareness and intuition, and is ideal to use before and during meditation.

Lemongrass - A symbol of purification and focus. The fresh and citrusy scent of this oil clears the mind, aids concentration, and promotes a feeling of centredness.

Peppermint - This oil has a wide range of benefits. Its refreshing nature can provide relief from stress, anxiety, depression and mental exhaustion. It may also increase concentration and memory, and encourage self acceptance.

Comes in a 15ml amber bottle with dripolator.

Ingredients - 100% pure clary sage, frankincense, lemongrass and peppermint essential oils.

To use, add 5-10 drops to diffuser or oil burner. Can be used on the skin by diluting in a carrier oil or moisturiser first.
