Essential Oil Properties:

Cedarwood - Used in ancient remedies, cedarwood is known for its ability to cleanse, purify and protect. Just like the tree, cedarwood oil provides a sense of stability and grounding. It helps you connect to your inner power, empowers you with strength and courage and inspires feelings of spiritual well being.

Bergamot - A bright and uplifting essential oil that is great for relieving stress, grief, and depression, whilst enhancing joy and self confidence. Inhaling the sweet, citrusy scent instils a sense of joy and inner strength.

Petitgrain - This woody, floral scented oil has tremendous relaxation and calming properties. Petitgrain has the ability to clear a cluttered mind, aiding in meditation and focus. It relieves anxiety and tension and inspires positive energy.

Palmarosa - Cherished for its sweet floral aroma, palmarosa is considered beneficial for emotional healing and balance. It is believed to open and heal the heart chakra, allowing the flow of love, compassion and forgiveness. It's uplifting and thought to dispel negative emotions, while promoting calmness and inner peace.

Vetiver - With its earthy aroma, vetiver has deeply grounding and sedative properties and is highly valued for its calming, soothing effect on the mind. Promotes relaxation while relieving anxiety, stress and tension.

Ingredients - 100% pure cedarwood, bergamot, petitgrain, palmarosa and vetiver essential oils.

To use, add 5-10 drops to diffuser or oil burner. Can be used on the skin by diluting in a carrier oil or moisturiser first.
