Lavender - Its relaxing scent works to calm the nervous system and promotes feelings of peace and tranquility. Lavender has soothing and sedative properties and is great for when you find yourself feeling stressed, drained or overwhelmed.

Cedarwood - Cedarwood assists with meditation and prayer work and will deepen any spiritual practice. This oil reminds us to ground ourselves and has the ability to bring focus and mental clarity.

Ylang Ylang - The rich, floral scent has been observed to promote a sense of peace, positivity and tranquillity. Its calming properties can help relieve stress and anxiety, regulate emotions and promote a sense of relaxation.

Comes in a 15ml amber bottle with dripolator.

Ingredients - 100% pure bergamot, lavender, cedarwood and ylang ylang essential oils.

To use, add 5-10 drops to diffuser or oil burner. Can be used on the skin by diluting in a carrier oil or moisturiser first.
